Fully Restored Boeing Stearman PT-17 Kaydet
Produced by Boeing until February of 1945, the Stearman was used all through World War II, by the Army Air Corps. and the U.S. Navy as a basic training aircraft.  Stearman was a stable and sturdy aircraft, and according to an old friend, a heck of a lot of fun to fly.  As a result a restorable Stearman is a highly sought aircraft for the air show, aerobatics, or serious weekend flier.  Production reached 10,346 aircraft so there is a reasonable supply of aircraft and parts still to be found.  Next time you're at an Air Show and have the opportunity to go up in a Stearman, spend the few bucks and do it!  You won't regret it.

North American AT-6 Texan
(1941)  Sturdy, relatively easy to fly, and very forgiving, the AT-6 is a favorite with vintage aircraft enthusiasts. A 600 hp Pratt & Whitney engine moves the airplane at a respectable 208 mph with a range of 750 miles. It can accommodate a crew of two.
During the second World War, the AT-6 was used to train thousands of aircrew personnel.
